  • ALSTOM GRID - NMS NME Field Services Manager

    2011 - maintenant Field Services Manager for Near and Middle East region and EHS coordinator for UAE,
    Development of Erection & Commissioning best practices in the ME region.
    40 functional reports : site engineers (Lebanon, India, Pakistan, Jordan, Syrian, Egypt...)

    Key achievements:
    > Unified monitoring tool setup and deployed across the region to display physical progress (S-Curve)
    > People Management / transformation plan
    ---> Promote development training in technical fields for the community (budget of 150keuros/year)
    ---> Knowledge database of 50 NME resources - internal CV
    ---> Manage people mobility within the region to optimize the work load considering all legal constraint in direct relation with HR and security officer.
    ---> Site mission process setup (Mission order, Job card, weekly report..)
    ---> Being up-to-date with Security Management for country at risk where site activity is ongoing (Irak, Yemen, Pakistan,..) and take preventive action prior mission.
    > Ensure EHS policy is well applied by all site teams (9 EHS directives). No major accident reported
    > Punctual site activity with direct coordination for Control room Fit out (Pakistan - Islamabad) with a strong focus on timely delivery.
    > Check and validate site activities tender for more than 200 MEuros projects

  • AREVA (ALSTOM GRID) - Site project manager

    2010 - 2011 ALSTOM local representative and Site Manager,
    TANESCO dispatching upgrade and Substations signal acquisition via 34 RTUs across the country.
    4M euros project including 1Meuros local partner portion.

    Key achievements :
    > Site activities
    ---> Setup, train and supervize local partner design office (5 engineers)
    ---> Supervize site activities for sub-contracted RTU installation and commissioning
    ---> EHS rules applied (EHS training), in situ audit. 0 accident achieved.
    ---> Supervize the refurbishment design and site activities -Supervize the Installation and commissioning of AC, UPS, 48V, SCADA servers, Wallboard, false floor, furniture at the control center of Dar Es Salam.
    ---> Setup master planning with customer and weekly planning
    > Administrative responsibilities
    ---> Monitor all shipment deliveries including customs clearance (10 containers/shipment) and storage.
    ---> Follow-up the invoicing to the customer and the local partner. 3 Meuros cash collected

  • AREVA T&D - Comissioning Engineer and Site manager

    2005 - 2009 Commissioning Manager (2005 -2008) and Local resident site Manager (2009),
    STEG dispatching 25MEuros, (Tunisia National Control Center)

    Completion of 3 buildings control centers : Main and backups,full telecom network and Sub-stations works . (60 RTUs, 34 PABX, 43 SDH, 62 PLC)

    > 2200 Man days, 600 documents delivered on time after Design office setup Manage 78 sites location with erection and commissioning activities with sub-contractors
    > 6 MEuros of site works invoiced based on sub-contractors progress.
    > EHS rules applied on all sites including sub-contractors
    > 10 HV overheadlines shutdown program rolled out with customer approval

  • Cegelec - Commissioning Engineer

    Saint-Denis 1998 - 2005 Commissioning Engineer
    Various assignments on dispatching projects. Large spectrum of knowledge on electrical dispatching technologies and equipment.
    Key Achievements:
    > Site commissioning of the full Project of NMS Manantali - Mali project 1.5Meuros - Setup control center and execute all the end to end up to the final sign of customer OMVS (shared by Senegal, Mali and Mauritania)
    > Successfully commissioning of telecom equipment 100 PABX and 30 RTU in Africa, Europe, Asia and Middle East.
    > Training support given to various customer (Bahrain, Sharjah, Holland, Mali, Ethiopia..) on the equipment and in house software.
