Active in the Capgemini Group since February 1991. Polyvalent, I followed a career progression from technical development to project management through analysis and advice.
The multiplicity of missions and increased responsibilities allow, in my missions of project management, consultancy, management and control, to have a broad view of the problems addressed and proposed establishing a relationship of trust with my working partners.
Project Manager and Certified Internal Auditor, I also participated in the development of standards and tools for project tenders, development and estimation of commercial offers, planning, internal organization and control projects, quality and risks to the Capgemini Group in Luxembourg.
To enrich my fields of competence in the organization and management of IT, and to meet a growing demand from business, I was also interested in Service Management (ITIL); confirmed by study and consulting missions.
Since mid-2007, I am responsible for the quality management, monitoring and compliance of business processes to its Sogeti Belgium and Luxembourg entities.
My experience allows me to now assume the responsibilities of quality management for Sogeti Belgium and Luxembourg.
My activities include the development and monitoring of business processes, the management and monitoring of internal standards as well as ISO 9001, ISO 27000, ISO 20000, ISO 15504, the implementation and monitoring of internal and external audits, the monitoring of the process to assess and improve the customer satisfaction on services provided, production and management of guides and reference documents and the publication of such information.
I am also responsible for the Sogeti’s compliance with the CSSF regulation published in Luxembourg for the PSF companies.
