  Site Modification Request(SMR) which are Flare tip replacement and Tote tank lifting frame reconstruction, construction of Liquid mud plant(LMP) to store drilling fluids)- My role on the projects entails:
  • Monitoring of quality and schedule performance using Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Analyze and propose improvements to project schedules, including use of critical path and
  chain analysis.
  • Participating in constructability reviews and development of project execution plan.
  • Participating in the development of FEED deliverables for structural engineering scope of
  SMR’s and project.
  • Quality auditing: Reviewing TEPNG project and SMR development process and comparing
  with the project practice on the two SMR’s and the mid-size project to identify compliance.
  • Identifying gaps in the quality auditing process and recommend strategies to minimize gap
  by benchmarking with Industry standards.
  
  Construction of Marine operators Control (MOC), TOTAL Onne.
  • Ensure compliance by contractor with project specification and company’s referential.
  • Facilitate the resolution of issues on the construction project in a timely and efficient way.
  • Generate and transmit daily project progress reports.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate schedules, including Gantt charts, S-Curves
  • Provide technical assistance to the execution of installation works.

  2011 - 2012 Oversee construction projects, directing multi-disciplinary teams, contractors and suppliers, ensuring seamless engineering and construction of building infrastructures and facilities during project execution.

  and work schedule.
  • Interpreting design drawings, monitoring equipment installation and planning for delivery of
  construction material.
  • Coordinating task for project execution such as surveys, excavation, blinding, material testing
