Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Bhagyashree Barodekar.
I am trained professional in Pharmacovigilance along with Agile project management, cGMP trainings. I have done PGDBA in Operations Management.
I have earned pharmaceutical knowledge and skills by working in various fields of healthcare like hospital, drug promotion and marketing, medical academic request handling, case identification, categorization and their assignment to respective teams for further processing along with quality check of cases assigned.
I have recently acquired knowledge set in pharmacovigilance while working with Tata Consultancy Services, Pune as IRPC Intake Officer. My roles and responsibilities included following:
• Handling cases related to medicinal effects of several medicines of US based pharmaceutical company.
• Categorizing the cases in Adverse Drug Report, Referrals, Medical Information report and Product Complaint report.
• Assigning cases to different teams for further processing depending upon the category and pre-defined deadlines.
• Performing Quality monitoring and quality checks on the cases processed.
• Ensuring compliance with global & local procedural documents.
I have worked at Uth Healthcare, Pune which is pharmaceutical marketing company where in I had following responsibilities:-
• Handled operations of various departments like Product Management, Sales, Finance along with responsibilities of chairman’s office.
• Worked closely in association with medical team in ensuring medical and adverse effects of medicinal products.
• Reconciliation of debtor ledger in SAP using T code fbl5n, reconciliation of vendor ledger in SAP using T code fbl1n and bank entry in SAP using T code - F-01 & fb-02.
I worked at Indegene Lifesystems, Bangalore where I was involved in following duties:-
• Handled responsibility of phase IV & V of clinical trial program held in Philippines wherein I was actively involved in comprehending and reporting adverse drug reactions.
• Took care of responsibility for preparation of analysis reports, monitored various campaigns like sending emailers to doctors, surveys and newsletter through Benchmark.
• Performed testing of medical journals and other aspects of portal. Handled queries of doctors and fulfilled their requests regarding portal.
I worked at Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Pune as Pharmacist where I was handling following operations:-
• Performed Lab operations like dilution of high risk medicines like Biopiper TZ, Penmer etc. on laminar air flow bench under aseptic conditions.
• Understanding the requirement of medicines for in-patients and out- patients and making medicines available for them by making indent orders.
• Checking Indents, stock checking of medicines, placing orders for required medicines.
I have learned basic French from Symbiosis Institute of foreign languages with A+ result which allows me to communicate very well in France.
