Project: well sites and access road
Inspect and control of the work execution of the well sites and Access Road (More than 60 km of Pavement road and 10 sites: BNFJ#1, Lina#1, Ameni#1, Badr#6,....) in all respects to the technical documents set based on Project quantities and scope of work, the procedures, specifications and particularly safety, in conjunction with all Drilling and Project Engineers in order to operate in compliance with assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards.
Duties:
- Supervise the civil works projects (well sites, Access roads, SWD …) according to the approved design and technical specification,
- Approve provisionally the performance of the work, quantities and site acceptance,
- Ensure that works start and continue in compliance with HSE Company specifications and procedure,
- Prepare and review well site drawings, specifications and other documents,
- Conduct control test when necessary,
- Prepare proposals, optimize quantities, cost estimates and evaluation results,
- Estimate earthwork and concrete quantities realized by the contractor,
- Improve civil works quality,
- Assist in weekly meeting with contractor,
- Control the activities assigned to contractors,
- Supervise road construction and maintenance activity at field,
- Prepares a daily report listing the jobs in progress and the category and number of worker allocated to each job,
- Estimate quantities in the waste pits after the determination of drilling, participation as a third party to evaluate the cost of waste treatment with Drilling Fluids and Waste Management Engineer.
