Je m’appelle Bisher Tarazi, ou l'homme de l'Internet comme on me surnommait à l'école, ma passion pour le monde numérique et le travail social m'a amené à être chef de groupes, couvrant les besoins techniques de ces derniers afin qu'ils puissent se concentrer sur leur domaine principal d’activité.

    In charge of driving global IT projects across all lines of business of Allianz Partners. We act as the primary interface between Business Units globally and Allianz Technology, dedicated to providing IT standard services.

    Based in the headquarter, our team is responsible for the prioritisation of back-office investments and fostering harmonisation of processes, through the implementation of the target platforms, so-called ABS – Allianz Business Solution.

    Focusing on developing and managing technology projects and their cost, time and scope.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the update of Localization & Integration database, based on inputs received from Global Organizational Project Managers
    • Manage the update of Global Business Model workshop schedule, including all workshops planned at local Business Unit Level in Europe
    • Support the team on business migration, ensuring project plans are updated to reflect tasks to be performed in the local Business Unit and provide support in the set-up of workshops for provider migration
    • Create & manage project plans
    • Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
    • Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives
    • Help project team with the design and development tasks
    • Lead process of issue identification and resolution
    • Manage risk tracking process
    • Monitor and manage scope
    • Manage all documentation
