SUPERVISOR IN ABB COMPANY

I worked in ABB company as a supervisor pre-commissioning and commissioning in
pumping GPL plant (water treatment, fire water, pumps , leak test).
I have worked a panel operator for start-up of the GPL plant (DCS ABB system)
I work as a shift supervisor of the GPL pumping plant .

I have 29 years of experience in Sonatrach company of petroleum

2010-2016
SHIFT SUPERVISOR REFINERY

Supervise the plant
Unit: Topping Crude oil distillation
Trouble shouting ;optimizing the production;and keep the safe running of the unit:
Checking the analysis of products such as Diesel ;Kerosene and Naphta
Unit :Reforming
1-Monitoring the catalyst reactions
2-monitoring the well running of hydrogen recip: compressor
3- the centrifugal pumps (15 impellers)

, identify the abnormalities and take action by notifications to Issue the PTW with RA and isolation certificate

1- Monitor the all parameters (level ,temperature ,pressure and the flow) to avoid any PSD
