Worked with UN Agencies (UNV, WFP, UNFPA, UNOCHA), and closely with several International NGO and Red Cross Movements (CRS, Oxfam, Aide and action, CARE, Save the Children, Mercy Corps, Human Appeal International, CARITAS, CRF, CICR, IRC etc…) in several countries of Africa ( Benin, Mali and Niger) from 1996 up to date.
Have more than 25 years of experience in the domains of Food security, Planification, Projects management, Humanitarian Field Coordination, Sub- Offices management, complex emergency management, natural disaster, early recovery programs , security monitoring, liaison with partners ,etc…,
Familiar with UN and International NGOs planning, programming, budgeting, Monitoring and Evaluation including the management of humanitarian coordination and funding mechanisms and strategies at Field and National levels,
