  2007 - 2009 High voltage control and tests subdivision chief into GRTE/DTE/SETIF SONELGAZ.
  Affected Missions:
  * New high voltage substations reception (primary electrical tests) like:
  Earth networks, Power transformers, circuit breakers, current transformers, voltage transformers, switchgears...ect.
  * High voltage equipments behaviours diagnosis and state following like:
  Thermographic, DGA, physical and chemical oil analysis and others abnormalities.
  * Electrical events analysis, power protection schemes and loading curves following. ;
  * Contribution to high voltage maintenance improvement by including a new technics like: SFRA, capacitances and Tg Delta, PD Acoustic emission, DGA(Chromatography HPLC), fuaranic compounds measurement and polymerical degree of paper insulation. The followings are not already provided: (sonic and ultrasonic vibration, PDC, RVM and FDS measurements...etc). ;
  * Contribution to high voltage equipments acquisition charge books improvement in the purpose of new acquisitions improvement. ;
  * Siemens, ABB and Areva designers and providers high voltage equipments installation contracts supervision for overall substations like: 30 KV capacitors banks, 10 and 30 KV earthing resistors, 60 KV circuit breakers, 60-30 and 10 KV switchgears, 220 and 60 KV surge arresters...etc. ;
  * Several new and aged power transformers SFRA and Tg DELTA testing and diagnostics by OMICRON Analyzer.

  2000 - 2006 I was charged by the structure (high voltage substations maintenance into SETIF BASE) at GRTE/DTE/SETIF.
  Affected Missions :
  * High voltage preventive maintenance programme realisation and corrective maintenance operations execution;
  Three kinds of maintenance are applied: time based maintenance, condition based maintenance and corrective maintenance;
  * New high voltage substations reception (primary electrical tests) like:
  Earth networks, Power transformers, circuit breakers, current transformers, voltage transformers, switchgears, surge arresters...ect;
  * 220/60/10.5 KV SALAH BEY Substation Testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning just before energisation. ;
  * 60/30KV 40 MVA STEM power transformer BORJ BOUARERIDJ substation installed By VATECH. Testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of this power transformer just before energisation. ;
  * Four 400 KV feeders OUED ATHMANIA substation Testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning. ;
  * Several Power transformers replacement and moving operations contribution and management; ;
  * Two 60/30/10.5 KV 30 MVA ENERGOINVEST power transformers moving during SETIF substation refurbishment in the purpose of power providing service continuity; ;
  * Two 60/30 KV 20 MVA ELECTROPUTER power transformers of AKBOU and CHELGHOUM LAID substations witch present the same interne fault localised on the no load tape changer because of bad position just in the bottom of the tank. These two power transformers was moved in the purpose of there repairs. ;
  * Contribution in (AMDEC or FMECA) and high voltage equipments maintenance procedures elaboration work group, in the sense of (RCM) reliability centred maintenance and (RCAM) reliability centred asset management for all high voltage equipments (bus bars, power transformers, surge arresters, circuit breakers, switchgears, CT, VT...etc; ;
  * High voltage equipments expertise and repair after defects by our utility itself like the following state:
  - 60/30 KV 20 MVA ELECTROPUTER power transformer of AKBOU substation in Algeria. This power transformer was checked, expertised and repaired (strong partial discharge) localised on the no load tape changer contacts, (fault design);
  - 60/30 KV 20 MVA ELECTROPUTER power transformer of CHELGHOUM substation in Algeria. This power transformer was checked, expertised and repaired (strong partial discharge) localised on the no load tape changer contacts, (fault design);
  - 220/60/10.5 KV 120/120/1 MVA GEC ALSTOM power transformer of BISKRA substation in Algeria. This power transformer was checked, expertised and repaired (burned contacts in the selector) localised on the on load tape changer, (human fault by abrupt displacement through two positions).
  * Assistance to high voltage equipments expertise and repair after defects with extern utilities: (EFACEC, ALSTOM and AREVA) and others like the following state:
  - 220/60/30 KV 40/40/40 MVA MITSUBUSHI power transformer of AIN OUSSARA substation checked and expertised by AREVA (overheat of the paper insulation), this power transformer has not been repaired because it reaches his end of life (DP below 200). ;
  - 150/220/10.5 KV 40 MVA ACEC autotransformer of DARGUINAH substation checked expertised and repaired by EFACEC after defect (short circuit on primary/secondary windings and tertiary winding mechanical failure because of lightning strokes) ;
  - 220/60/10.5 KV 120/120/1 MVA ITALTRAFO power transformer of OUED ATHMANIA substation checked, expertised and repaired by ALSTOM after defect (external insulation fault because of beard collusion on 10.5 KV external conductors). ;
  - 220/60/10.5 KV 120/120/40 MVA EFACEC of SALAH BEY substation checked, expertised and repaired by EFACEC (weak partial discharge because of bad quality of magnetic core and gaskets failure leading to oil leakage in tertiary connectors).
  * High voltage substations maintenance chief interim in case of absence; ;
  * Defect power transformers repair contracts discussion with High voltage equipments designers and providers (ALSTOM, EFACEC). ;

  1999 - 2000 * Training as study engineer around technical, logistic and administrative utilities into GRTE/DTE/SETIF SONELGAZ and exactly at the electrical transmission regional direction
  * The technical utilities are: (high voltage overhead lines maintenance, high voltage substations maintenance, low voltage control and maintenance, high and low voltages overhead lines and substations studies and realisation). ;
  * The logistic and administrative utilities are: (providing and debts, financial and comptability, human resources management and logistic).
