Professional skills
for three deslination brakish water

with the capacity (6000, 4000,800 cube meter).
-Making plans for electrical and mechanical
maintenance ( pumps, motor drives and inverts, radio
transmission for commanding the water sources)
-calibrating the measurement instruments ( flowmetre,
pressure indicator, level transmeters indicator...)
-Making modifications in the program of the plc in
order to get the good function and surveying the alarms.
(Siemens step7).
- Resolving SCADA instrument trouble shouting
communication with instruments, invertors softstarters
-Calculating the dosing chemical product in the process
of desalination brakish water and calibrate the dosing
pumps (antiscalant, soude caustic, chlorine...)
-Controlling the TDS, the differential pressure of the
membranes, the differential of the sand filter in order to
give more quality of the water production.
- Make the need of the equipements by searching the
suppliers and discussing with them the quality and the
prices.

Duties:
* To assit to the construction of the civil engineering ( Construction of all the
water tanks) with the respect of the rules:
-Dimension of the iron and its fixation.
- Dosage of the concrete.
- Tank casing.
* Making the dimension of the station by the Reversis
Osmosis membrane Application: Dimension of the High
pressure pump, the interstage pump, the dosing pump for
the adding of the chemical product (antiscalant,
hypochloride, acoustic soude, Sodium bisulfate), the
dimension of the sand filter.
*To review the issued for construction drawings (P&ID)
and communicate with the construction manager in order to
approve the plans and discussing the difficulties and how to
resolve them.
* To control all the equipment in order to respect the
notebook specifications: betterflies valves, sensors, flow
meter, dosing pumps, pumps, motor, transformers,plc,skids
of R.O lines, vessel pressure, membrane, cartridge filter.
* To supervise all the PEHD connection and the Duplex welding between the
reservoir and the pumps, the sand filter, and the reversis osmosis lines in order to
respect the P&ID.
* supervising all the electrical part of the project:
Feeding electricity to the equipments.
Linking sensor to plc
SCADA control.
* Assit to the plant , testing, commissioning of all the
equipments of the station ( sand filter, cartridge filter,
vessel pressure, sensors, betterflies valves, pumps, motors)
*Assisting to the first start up of the project and recording
all the failure mode of function such us chemical dosing,
calibrating the sensors, controlling of the feed flow,
permeat flow , the reject, pressure differential of each
stage, in order to avoid fouling problems.
