Street art festival - Revitalisation

Main project features: Painting six big public walls in the City of Užice by the best street artists from region of western Balkans. Project was performed in form of 7 day festival where beside painting the walls workshops, lectures, art auction, film screening, networking and concerts have been organized.

• Fund-raising: plan and executed fund-raising campaign, apply o public calls, negotiate with City of Užice government
• Project procurement: in charge of organisation of procurement of goods and services for project implementation. Negotiating with providers of goods, offering sponsorship treatments for discounts and price reductions.
• Project execution: leading and coordinating team of 8 people, control project activities implementation, communicating with local authorities, resolution of problems occurred regarding all stakeholders.
• Reporting to the funding organisation (inception report, progress report, final report).

Main activities and responsibilities * Training civil servants in local authorities, judiciary and national level institutions on National Anti-Corruption Strategy and Action Plan. In total 15 training to civil servants organized in 15 different cities in Serbia, including around 90 Municipalities and 20 Courts, 2 trainings to representatives of national institutions (National Assembly, Government, several ministries and independent state bodies).
* Monitoring the implementation of National Anti-Coruuption Strategy and Action Plan; ;

* Assisting in development of software for reporting on Action Plan implementation;
