Puteaux2002 - 2007Responsible for the administritive support of six Account Managers and 2 Business Development Managers and three Premier Accounts. Duties in this role include: Clearing waitlists, dealing with complaints via Corporate Relations, Amadeus bookings, Corporate Contracts via WWDS, Executive Club, seating for Premier /Gold Card holders, upgrade and lounge access requests via special services, running and monthly agent reports. Organising Events and product demonstrations for Travel Agents/Corporates. Blitzing agents in The UK Regions in order to promote awareness and increase sales on the BA Citiexpress routes from Bristol, Southampton and London City airports. Organising/booking (via Amadeus) Educational trips for Agents/Corporates (with Account Manager) in order to demonstrate and promote the British Airways inflight experience as well as onboard and ground products.
