En résumé

After taking an active part in the creation of the company and the development of its initial products range, I created and structured a software development team that is able to quickly respond to customers requests while developing and maintaining high quality software in a distributed, embedded environment with high performance constraints.

The team processes are adapted to the maturity of the project: very lightweight processes for emerging software when market needs are not well known, more constraining processes ensuring team scalability, product quality, and software maintainability when customers expectations are clear.
