    o From 2009, lecturer/researcher at the faculty of medicine and biomedical sciences, for the department of internal medicine.
    – Lectures given for each session of HIV course of the Interuniversity Diploma at the Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences/ comprises: Universal precautions and protection of health care personnel’s; Vaccinations of HIV infected adults and clinical cases of failure of treatment

    – 6 district hospitals have been tutored in the central region.
    – 50 health care personnel from different categories have been building up to standard HIV/AIDS care.

    – Develope strong managerial skills as the head of a medical ward unit of 27 beds with and occupation rate of 40-80%. Since 2007, the death rate in the service has drop of 40% in comparison to previous years.

    Posters of key hygiene Procedures are available in services;
    Coordination meeting of the hygiene team is held in a monthly basis.

    Job description:
    – I faced the HIV epidemics in the Infectious Disease Unit of the Central Hospital in Yaoundé. The unit was rapidly overwhelmed as the service became the reference for complicated cases. The picture of that performance was presented at the International AIDS Conference in 2003.
    – I participated in the expert committee responsible for writing the national round proposal submitted and funded by the Global Fund against HIV /AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis.
