En charge du développement de la filiale Europe du Sud pour Blue Coat Systems pendant 8 ans, j'ai mis en place une stratégie multicanale sur 13 pays d'Europe puis d'Amérique latine. Le recrutement et le management des équipes opérationnelles nous a permis de croître de 0 à 30 M$ durant cette période. La mise en place de stratégies efficaces (Go to Market, marketing et commerciales différenciées) ont abouti à une structure pérenne et profitable.
