En résumé

Spécialiste du Marketing et des Opérations, ma carrière m’a donné l’occasion de piloter le développement d’activités dans des entreprises internationales toutes réputées pour leur excellence mais également acteurs majeurs dans l’univers des services et produits de luxe.

Notamment dans l’art de vivre, de l’hébergement, de l’hospitalite, des loisirs et du bien être, de la parfumerie et des cosmétiques, de la mode et des accessoires de mode.

Mon expérience s’est exercée au sein d’entreprises à culture Anglo-Saxonne (Nord Américaine et Anglaise), Asiatique (Japon, Chine), Moyen Orientale (Arabie Saoudite, Émirats Arabes Unis, Qatar) et bien entendu Européennes, ce qui fait de moi un responsable capable d’intervenir dans des univers culturels très différents et de faire face à des complexités multiples en contextes B to C mais également B to B.

Au-delà de mes compétences techniques, je crois avoir fondé mes succès sur :
- Une vision stratégique, marketing et créative solide combinée à une attention constante aux détails opérationnels que j’affectionne tout particulièrement.
- L’accent mis sur la gestion et les résultats avec un degré élevé d’adaptabilité et de réactivité.
- Un excellent contact avec la clientèle et un véritable et sincère esprit d’équipe dans mes méthodes de Management.

Aujourd’hui, je souhaite rejoindre une structure à taille humaine, raffinée avec des ambitions internationales que je puisse accompagner à long terme dans un projet motivant et dynamique.

    2003 - 2009 Rendered management subject matter expertise to clients for the achievement of short- and longs-term business goals.
    Steered label development via collaboration with SHISEIDO Group, balancing marketing goals, identifying branding platforms, as well as enhancing shelf impact and consistent presentation.

    Established partnership with L'OREAL Group, Valmont Cosmetics, Spa Village Malaysia & LA RIC, a luxury company from Austria specialized high beauty care nails treatment.
    Targeted international customers and markets while creating an international beauty and fashion magazine ``BLUSH'' distributed in the Middle East, the entire Asian continent, Russia, and the United States.
    Selected Contributions:
    * Discussed, negotiated, and closed Franchise Agreements to set up and launch luxury hair and beauty salons in Dubai One & Only Royal Mirage'' hotel, Beauty complex in Jeddah of 2000m², and Doha in the new ``Hotel W''.
    * Signed global license contract with SHIAMAS Group for leading jewellery products and fashion accessories with opening of 60 shops and corners across Asia, while developing plans for South Korea and the Middle East.
  • Shiseido - Marketing and Operations Manager

    Paris 1998 - 2003 Directed product and regional/international marketing operations for $13-million keyboard and peripheral manufacturer.
    Analyzed market share and positioning of new product launches; accordingly crafted action plans to meet and surpass set performance targets. Optimised cash flow and liquidity position by administering marketing budgets. Raised brand awareness, visibility, and recognition through various marketing initiatives. Repositioned the Alexandre Zouari trade sign on the behalf of SHISEIDO Group encompassing on and salon in Paris and eight franchises in Japan.
    Selected Contributions:
    * Steered development of a new concept ``AZ Global Beauty'' for hair styling activities, body, and facial treatments.
    * Led all activities associated with the renovation of 1000m² Hair and beauty space in Paris with the focus on streamlining business operations and achieving bottom-line results.
    * Designed and introduced hair, face and body care product lines in collaboration with SHISEIDO laboratories.
    * Expanded business operations by opening two new franchises in Fukuoka and one in Nagoya (Japan).
