• L.I.F.E Music Project - Singer and Songwriter

  The LIFE Music Project is a collaboration with the Tondo Futkaleros based in Manila, Philippines. This project featured the release of the video Love Is For Ever (LIFE) in 2012, filmed in the streets of downtown Tondo in Manila where the Tondo Futkaleros come from. This project aimed to raise funds for the street children that played football in the video and 1 euro from every album of Bunny Liwanag sold in Itunes, Spotify, Deezer and other online platforms, will go directly to them, to support their dreams of being a professional football player for their country and to represent other teams locally and internationally. This project is ongoing as Bunny Liwanag continues the LIFE On The Road Tour for 2013. Another project is in the works for the next tour coming up on 2014, with the release of a new single.
  
  LIFE On the Road Tour featured Bunny Liwanag playing with Simon Prouveze on guitars and Gabriel Perez on percussions and harmonica. The tour started from the release of the debut single "Love Is For Ever" in January 2012 and it included bar and festival venues in France (Paris, Marseille, Aix-En-Provence, Lyon, Nice, Monaco and Montpellier). The tour wraps up this year and a new single will be soon released for the next Europe/US tour in 2014.

• Hemp Republic - Lead Vocalist

  1999 - 2012 Bunny Liwanag is a vocalist/songwriter for the reggae group, Hemp Republic. She studied in the University of the Philippines in Los Banos (UPLB) where she formed Hemp Republic in 1999, together with Tonton Hatol (lead guitars), Mabs Tolentino (bass), Mag Gahol (guitars), Alfred Pagsuyuin (keyboards), Al Sese (drums) and Caio Cadiz (percussions). The band eventually became popular in the reggae scene in the Phillipines together with other bands like Tropical Depression, Brownman Revival, Reggae Mistress and Junior Kilat.
  
  The band released an album in 2005 entitled, "Welcome To Hemp Republic". Liwanag wrote all the songs in the album, except Fireflies which was a collaboration with Al Sese and Tonton Hatol. She went on to become one of the few female reggae vocalists at the time of the album's release, and was featured as a MYX veejay in 2006 and in PULP magazine's August 2007 issue.
