  • Promethera Biosciences - Stagiaire

    2015 - 2016 Promethera® Biosciences develops cellular therapy products to treat diseases affecting hepatic functions such as HepaStem product. The HepaStem product, made up of human adult liver progenitor cells, is an alternative to liver transplantation or hepatocytes transplantation, these later cells being sensitive to cryopreservation.

    During this internship I've studied the HepaStem mitochondrial activity and hepatic functionalities according to different differentiation protocols.
    In addition, I am developing assay, such as glucose quantification, ATP quantification, PAS stainig, quantification of enzyme activity.

    The missions consisted of:
    - Development and optimization of assays
    - Development and optimization of differentiation protocols
    - Data Analysis
    - Project management
    - In charge of anoter inter
    - Image analysis (Image J)
    - BPL handle-on

  • Stromalab -- EFS - Stagiaire

    2014 - 2014 During this internship I've studied a key antagonist molecule in the microenvironment of the multiple myeloma.
    The multiple myeloma (MM) is an hematologic cancer characterized by a tumoral plasma cells (myeloma cells) clonal proliferation in the bone marrow.

    The missions consisted of:
    - Cell culture of adherent stem cells and tumor plasma cells,
    - Flow cytometryexperiments,
    - Realize ELISA test,
    - In charge of another intern,
    - Data analysis
    - Work in team
    - Project management
