    PARIS 2012 - 2014 * Launched first make-up line created since the debut of L'Oreal Paris make-up products in 1983. ;
    * Built this first time 100% digital cosmetic brand from the bottom up, a startup style brand within L'Oreal.
    * Developed an entire new manufacturing plan, launching/Managing:
    * 40 projects (382skus) across all make-up categories: Eye, Lip, Face and accessories.
    * 27 formulas, 20 in-house, 7 vendor technologies. ;
    * 10 production sites.
    * 12 custom molds. ;
    * Managed this high complexity project in a condensed timeline: one year and 8 months launch timeframe.
    * Worked very closely with Marketing, Creative and Product Development, driving timely decision and being fully part of conception.

    * Handled budget of $1.6 million for pumps, $7.4 million for injection ($5.6millions caps/jars, $1.8million bottles).

    PARIS 2007 - 2008 Purchasing Local Key User (LKU) SICOS SAP deployment team
    * Tested SAP system and performed gap analysis. ;
    * Data management: Collecting, cleaning, reorganizing data into excel files and translating data into SAP format. ;
    * Gained a unique perspective on the work flow of the entire factory.
    * Trained team, introducing new system, new purchasing flow and wrote SAP process map and User guides.
