* 40 projects (382skus) across all make-up categories: Eye, Lip, Face and accessories.
* 27 formulas, 20 in-house, 7 vendor technologies. ;
* 10 production sites.
* 12 custom molds. ;
* Managed this high complexity project in a condensed timeline: one year and 8 months launch timeframe.
* Worked very closely with Marketing, Creative and Product Development, driving timely decision and being fully part of conception.
