Kithara Musique offers a variety of music services such as Music Publishing, Sub-Publishing, administration & collection of Neighbouring Rights and Digital Distribution.
Music Publishing & Sub-Publishing: We are committed to maximize income and find new licensing opportunities, through expert knowledge and established relationships with collection societies and other global income sources. We provide administration services focused on transparency.
Neighbouring Rights: We ensure that our client’s repertoires are filed correctly with each collecting society in accordance with the law and the Rome Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organizations. We then ensure the reporting of sales figures and third party exploitations in order to maximize the collection of potential accumulated income, (as far as 15 years retroactively in some instances), and future revenue derived from the sound recordings.
Digital Distribution: We provide world class global digital distribution services to over 200 global digital and mobile services, such as: iTunes, Amazon MP3, Google, Deezer, Spotify, You Tube, Daily Motion, Orange, SFR, Rhapsody, Move Music, Fnac, Zune and Virgin Mega. We help our clients through all steps of the digital distribution process, the creation of metadata, label copies, ISRCs and UPCs to ensure the smooth delivery to all digital services in compliance with our clients’ campaign and deadlines.
Marketing and Promotion: We offer coordination of external marketing & promotion teams, (radio, TV and clubs) for key territories. We work on achieving maximum coverage and placement with key digital retailers worldwide and we promote third party licensing of your catalog.
Physical Distribution: If required, we partner with leading physical distributors to provide distribution and retail services.
Legal Services: We help you with legal matters such as licensing, artist’s contracts, publishing and distribution agreements.

Responsible for preparation and signing of all writer’s exclusive, single song and multiple songs agreements; creation, coordination and issuing of all licenses (Mechanicals, Synchronization for TV & film, advertising and any media, DPD, Ringtones, etc.); worldwide licensing of publishing catalog to sub-publishers; administration of catalog; payment to writers; supervising and marketing all catalog compositions; supervising and signing all compositions included on J & N Records’ releases; society registrations; copyright registrations; pitching songs to record companies; implementation of administrative system by installing and running music publishing software such as Counterpoint Systems Music Maestro.
As the person in charge of Business & Legal Affairs I was responsible for preparation of all agreements, including artist’s agreements, all master licensing, distribution deals, territory assignments and representations, digital distribution, content licensing and delivery, record catalog administration, booking agreements, master Ringtones agreements, Record Club agreements, etc.

(a Division of Paramount Pictures). Responsible for signing staff writers, supervising all catalog compositions, pitching songs to record companies, supervision of agreements, coordination of licenses, preparation of budgets, supervising of demo making process and the demo studio.
