  2011 - maintenant Ingénieur géologue minier dans une mine de fer à ciel ouvert. Equipe en charge de 6 carrières (site de Windarling et Mont Jackson, Southern Cross, Australie de l’Ouest).
  
   Logging et échantillonnage des sondages d’exploitation, modellisation des zones mineralisées sous SURPAC et marquage au sol de la minéralisation en fonction de la qualité du minerai.
   Réalisation de carte d’exploitation et assistance au conducteur de pelle pour éviter toute contamination du minerai.
   Gestion du suivi de la production (tonnage et teneur) et controle de la qualité des stockpiles de minerai.
   Estimation mensuelle et journalière des futurs tonnages et teneurs d’exploitation.
   Assistance aupres de l’équipe planning pour les prévisions d’exploitation a court et moyen termes.
   En charge du controle de la stabilité des murs des carrières, rédaction de rapport suite a des problèmes de stabilité et recommandations de travaux de confortement.
   Formation des nouveaux géologues de l’équipe et du personnel du site a la géologie général de la mine, supervise l’équipe géologique du site en cas d’absence du chef géologue (remplacement temporaire pendant 5 mois).

  Mine geologist in Iron ore (team in charge of 6 pits)
   Grade control: logging and sampling with pit technicians, modelling the ore body for each blasted shot (with SURPAC) according to samples results and geology
   Ore mark up: mark out ore areas and provide an accurate dig plan to production team with digging recommendation. Provide more assistance to the digger driver if necessary (ore spotting).
   Planning: Provide an accurate monthly grade and tonnage estimation according to the short term plan and give a daily update of the expected ore tonnage for the next 48 hours…
   Geotechnics: in charge of the stability of the wall in each pit, doing wall and berm inspection regularly and provide short reports; give authorization to the blasting crew to load each shot after to have seen the blast design…
   Others: Give ore induction to digger and dump truck drivers…; involved in the ore reconciliation, try to identify the causes of the under or over performance… ; involved in wall mapping project and improvement project in general ; mentoring graduate geologist ; in charge of the team during 5 months (no Senior Mine Geologist on site); working closely with other stakeholders on site to promote safety standards.
  
  
  
  
  

• Société Minière Georges Montagnat - Ingénieur géologue exploration

  2008 - 2011 Etudes essentiellement ciblées sur les titres de la vallée de la Tontouta.
  
   Etude des dossiers techniques existants et des photos aériennes afin de cibler des secteurs potentiellement minéralisés :
   Délimitation et caractérisation des périmètres altérés et minéralisés :
   Cartographie géologique et structurale de terrain (GPS Trimble), réalisation de cartes numériques sous le logiciel MapInfo,
   Echantillonnage géochimique des péridotites altérées,
   Mise en place, suivi et logging de plus de 200 sondages carottés d’exploration et exploitation des résultats d’analyses des sondages,
   Rédaction de rapports de prospection et d’estimation, de demande d’autorisation de travaux de recherche, renouvellement de concession, de statistique minière…
   Formation de personnel (interne et prestataire) au logiciel minier et logging.
   Remplacement temporaire d’un chef de mine.
  
  Exploration geologist (nickel – lateritic profile), in a small mining company
   Exploration team manager: management of the exploration field activities, liaison and data presenting to the customers, reports and estimation validation, training staff in GIS (MapInfo), in exploration methods, budget analysis…
  
   Prospecting: desk studies, photogeology studies, mapping with GPS Trimble, geological numeric map with GIS (MapInfo), soil sampling, targets generation…
  
   Drilling campaign: in charge of drilling programs (200 drillholes), drillhole location and spacing, core logging and sampling…
  
   Estimation: drillhole database creation, geology and geochemistry interpretation, mineral resources and ore reserve estimation, ore body modelling (wireframe with SURPAC).

• Societe Le Nickel - SLN - ERAMET - Ingenieur geologue exploration

  2007 - 2008 Participation à la reconnaissance du domaine minier de l’entreprise en tant que VCAT prospection minière : Mise en évidence des périmètres minéralisés de nickel sur le projet Euréka-Stamboul (Kouaoua).
  
   Recherche des secteurs susceptibles d’être minéralisés.
   Délimitation et caractérisation des zones nickélifères : cartographie, échantillonnage (Niton), suivi d’une campagne de 50 sondages carottés et exploitation des résultats.
   Estimation des resource géologiques et minières via la réalisation d’un solide.
   Rédaction du rapport complet de prospection et d’estimation.
