  • 5iveSenses - Senior Account Manager

    2006 - 2008 Role: Responsible for key accounts with Account Director, by producing and managing experiential sampling campaigns for leading brands nationally (BEIERSDORF, NESTLE, MENTOS, ING DIRECT, UNILEVER, BLACKMORES): in charge of the creative brief, the planning, the implementation, the budget, the promotional staff infield and the reporting to the client. Also the privileged agency contact for our 3 offices interstate, responsible for managing the team workload internally by running weekly WIP meetings and reporting to Directors.

    Achievements: Extensive familiarity with agency environment and workflow processes. Ability to liaise with various stakeholders within agency and successfully deliver national experiential campaigns based on requirements. Ability to work under tight deadlines and extreme pressure. Strong record of planning effective promotional campaigns and implementing specific experiential programs for leading brands.
  • ABC Radio 702 - Event Co-ordinator

    2005 - 2005 Role: In charge of the 10th annual 702 ABC Sydney Andrew Olle Media Lecture, a three course, black tie gala dinner. Responsible for setting up the whole event with the marketing manager of Radio 702: database development, venue management, in charge of the invitations, follow up the payments and coordinate the different tasks internally.

    Achievements: The event was an unqualified success with 650 attendees from the media industry of Sydney. “Butchers have picnics, corporate folk have conferences and Sydney journalists have the Andrew Olle Media Lecture…far and away the best Olle Lectures I have heard” Peter FitzSimons 9/10/05, Sun Herald.
  • Reseau ACI - Event Producer ACI GOLF CUP

    2004 - 2004 Role: Created and directed the first Business Golf Cup of the school: negotiated packages with golf courses, gathered sponsors, monitored the budget, developed communication & promotion strategies, managed the team and produced post-events reports for stakeholders.

    Achievements: Sole creator & manager of a successful Business Golf Cup event with 150 attendees and 12 000 Euros sponsors gathered. Gained experiences in strategic planning, researching sponsorship leads and devising sponsorship proposals.
  • Publicis Stella - Account Co-ordinator

    Paris 2004 - 2004 Role: Responsible for setting up two operational projects for the brand Diet Coke: in charge of following up the clients by producing all the necessary documents (strategic planning, briefing document, campaign updates, evaluation and reporting), lead the purchases, coordinate various departments internally and managed the promotional team infield.

    Achievements: Repeat business request for Publicis, agency still in charge of the account for the following year. Ability to manage events simultaneously through good organizational skills and effective planning management.
