    Working as a technical support advisor iOS at the Headquarter in Ireland is a new challenge.

    As a technical agent my responsibilities included :
    oSupporting every customer with enquiries or technical issues related with Apple’ s products and Beats’ products
    oManaging basic to moderately complex support to Apple customers
    oProviding and maintining strong, professional relationships with all Apple’s customers

  • KIWI INTERIM - Recruitment Assistant

    Mérignac 2013 - 2014 Kiwi Interim, a recruitment agency specialised in telemarketing and construction markets.I joined Kiwi Interim to support the recruitment of call centers agents for the following industries: bank, insurance and real estate.

    My responsibilities :
    o Engaging with clients to understand their recruitment needs
    o Advertising job offers, screening CV and building a pipeline of candidates using different jobboards
    o Arranging and conducting interviews on the phone and face to face
    o Maintaining long-term relationships with both: candidates and existing clients by regular calls and mails
    o Searching new clients (10%) through cold calling

    o Checking the efficiency of internet, tv, phone services, putting through calls to the technical service
