Working mainly in tango, popular and contemporary music, Caroline has toured throughout Europe, in Australia, Argentina, North Africa and the Middle East. She has played on Radio France, Classic FM, BBC TV, ITV, Channel 4, and in many festivals such as the Nice Jazz Festival, Oslo World Music Festival, City of London Festival… She freelances with groups like the London Tango Orchestra, Daniel Melingo, Grand Tango Orchesta Mosalini, Orquesta Tipica Imperial, Les Fleurs Noires (Milan Records), the Firebyrd String Quartet with whom she plays for popular music singers like Sarah Sleane, Mike Ibrahim and Victoria Rummler, Laurent Boutros (Armenian music), and the contemporary music groups Ars Nova and Ensemble Alma Viva. She obtained her BMus(Hons) and PG Dip from the Birmingham Conservatoire and in 2011 she finished an MMus from Royal Holloway University of London. She is continuing her research in tango music whilst currently working on a book about the history of tango violin.
