I reported directly to the CEO. I managed the Secretariat, four prospective Lawyers as well as the day to day running of the firm.
My duties and responsibilities included:
* Record keeping and filing ;
* Sending and receiving correspondences to and from clients (fax, e-mail, mail etc) ;
* Prepare proforma invoices to clients, follow-up payments and issue receipts upon payment ;
* Declare monthly taxes and follow up business licence renewal annually ;
* Receive, screen and route telephone calls and visitors ;
* Travel and hotel reservation (booking flight and hotel) ;
* Arrange rendez-vous for my boss
My main achievements in this job:
* Client satisfaction
* Due to my English background education, we represented a good number of English speaking International companies ;
* Revenue increase
Reason for leaving: I would like to have a more challenging and lucrative job.
