Liaising with the Registrar of Company and the Financial Services Commission on behalf of the Company
Assistance for the opening and operation of bank accounts;
Application for the annual Tax Residency Certificate;
Preparation of Accounts;
Liaising with auditors for the preparation of Financial Statements;
Preparation of Tax computation and filing of quarterly and annual tax returns to the Mauritius Revenue Authority; and
Monitor compliance with the relevant laws and licensing conditions and provision of regulatory update
