Project Concept:
Windows and in store campaign for every season and special highlights products following the
marketing calendar. Look and feel of 83 department stores and 23 Sport stores throughout
Germany (store sizes range from 25 000 M2 to 40 000 M2 per location). Responsible for a target
budget of 12 Million annually. Presentation of the VM concept and strategy to the CEO and Head
of Marketing.
Project Facelift:
Improvement of the shopping experience for the target group customers in selected stores with
a minimum annual budget of 2 Million.
Project Leadership:
Team leader and organization of 22 VM team members. Creation of a new field VM team of 8 to
support regional store teams.
Project Products Focus:
Attend range reviews with buying department. Involvement in the marketing products shooting
sessions. Improvement of the basic VM guidelines and styling guides. Development of a new
Visual Merchandising DNA for corporate brands. Event/catwalk concept and organization with the
event team.
Project Training:
Training Seminars for all regional VM and store managers (110 pers.), resulting in 20% direct sales
increase. Collaboration with an external VM company for training workshops. Follow up and VM
reports feedback to improve awareness of visual merchandising for all employees store members
and buying team in the head quarter.

Creation of international windows and in store design concept for the outlets, menswear,
womenswear, denim, childrenswear and tailored stores. In charge of the presentation of the
windows concept to the retail president and global creative director. Develop clear and country
specific VM guidelines, which drives customer traffic and sales. Management and training of a
team of 4 within the windows department. Conduct on special projects from planning through
implementation stages involving various parties and work streams. Full responsibility for the
European VM department budget 2.5 Million annually. Dealing directly with several suppliers,
negotiation of best quotations for production, coordination of the logistics and deliveries. Opening
of anchor stores throughout Europe with field teams and organizing training sessions.

Follows and adapt the brands VM concepts for the region in collaboration with regional marketing
and buying teams. Ensure that international brands integrity is achieved throughout the Middle

brands VM techniques. Analyzing the commercial needs of each POS. Create VM reports and sales
improvement proposals for the HQ brands. Ordering PLV and balance the provided target budget.

installations.
