- Successfully accompanied the transition of the ISA from an informal
organisation to a full-fledged UN-based international organisation.
- Contributed to the drafting of ISA's policy and governance documents
with frequent high-level meetings with the Indian Ministry of New and
Renewable Energy and Ministry of External Affairs.
- Structured and secured concrete partnerships with other international
organisations including IEA, IRENA, the EU, EIB, ADB, UNDP, the
World Bank, the French Development Agency, R20, Private sector
foundations, Industry Associations in India, in France and Africa.
- Played an intermediary role in the bilateral relationship between India
and France on solar and other renewable energy.
- Secured initial project funding for the ISA.
- Managed the training programme of the ISA by gathering multiple
stakeholders from research, the private sector, NGOs, etc. from all the
ISA Member countries.
- Managed the outreach and communication programme of the ISA
(COP23, COP24, Intersolar Munich, World Environment Day, RE-Invest
India 2018, One Planet Summit Paris)
- Initiated the 5th programme on Solar E-mobility and storage.
- Identified key performance indicators for the strategic roadmap of the
ISA.
- Frequently represented the ISA in high-level conferences.
- Successfully and rapidly integrated the Indian team at the ISA,
overcoming cultural and linguistic barriers.

and sustainable urban development, and support to
implement GHG emission reductions and climate urban
planification projects, field mission:
- With the Mohammed VI
Foundation for environmental protection in Morocco and the
National Agency for Energy Management in Tunisia: training,
development of methodologies and implementation of GHG
emission reductions pilot projects ;
- With FEAM – Environmental agency of the State of Rio
Grande do Sul, Brazil and FEPAM, Environmental agency of
the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil : climate and sustainable
urban development training of these two administrations as
well as the local governments of the States ; implementation
of territorial climate energy planification ; support the
implementation of the plan in Minas Gerais with AFD and
French Nord-Pas de Calais Region.
- With the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok: GHG
emissions accounting methodology capacity building for
South Asian countries including Thailand, Bangladesh, Sri
Lanka, Vietnam, Laos, etc.
- With the National Development and Reform Commission of
China and the cities of Wuhan and Tianjin: adaptation of the
GHG emission accounting and climate energy planning tools
to the local context.

multilateral funding institutions, field mission:
- UNDP – Territorial approach to climate change (TACC)
- UN Environment – Sustainable consumption and production
- World Bank – Sustainable urban development
- French GEF – Energy efficiency in buildings
