    · Supervised 1-3 lab technicians
    · Responsible for commercial and development products during the raw materials change, specification change or customer complaint
    · Cost control of the laboratory

    · Familiarization with REACh (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals)

    Major accomplishments:
    - Developed a new toughened epoxy adhesive for bonding Windmill blades, now in phase of
    commercialization
    - Prepared a technical paper on the chemical thixotropy concept applied to Windmill adhesives.
    - Participated to the Swiss Bonding conference in May 2006
