  2009 - maintenant Management and development of Digital Video Recorders (DVR) including the
  adaptation of a Linux operating system, drivers for video capture, video transmission
  and recording, graphical user interfaces (local, web and mobile), integration of video
  processing sensors, integration with POS, integration with monitoring applications,
  dynamic IP, among other components.
  Responsibilities: Planning and assignment of tasks; Coordination with the Product,
  Testing, Support, Operations and Hardware Departments; Member of the Product
  Committee; Programming, especially in Python, C, Shell Script, XML, JavaScript; Release
  of software versions and Updates of the range.
  Achievements: Thousands of units commercialized worldwide of the developed models;
  Flash corruption problems solved, reducing the number of RMAs; Development of
  models with cheaper hardware, reducing costs; Introduction of Continuous Integration
  and Agile methodology: simultaneous development of several models, Release time
  reduction, quality improvement (faster detection of bugs).
  

• Visual Tools - Programmer Analyst

  2000 - 2009 1- Development of DVR models VS and VX (2002-2009)
  - Development of DVRs running on Linux: adaptation of Linux operating system to boot from a flash, local and web graphical user interfaces, web services, integration of video processing sensors (video motion detector, people counter), audio, integration with POS. Achievements: New models with people counter and/or POS for the retail market.
  - Development of VsTv, a video matrix running on Linux: adaptation of Linux operating system, system programming and user interfaces. Achievement: New model for customers with Alarm Receiving Centres.
  - Development of monitoring products running on Windows: web graphical user interface, Java application to find units in the local network.
  2- European Project VISORBASE (2001-2002): integration of video processing sensors and CORBA in a DVR targeted at the retail market.
  3- Development of the graphical user interface of a system for video surveillance and monitoring embedded in the trains of the line 10 of Metro de Madrid (2000-2001).
  4- European Project DISCUS (2000): development of a USB driver and an embedded Java web server for a digital still camera.
