En résumé

Actuellement sur le Projet EADS-Airbus, au sein de Computacenter ISC à Barcelone, je travaille en tant qu'Analyst Level 2 / Support utilisateurs. Notre mission est d'assurer le maintien du parc informatique de notre client, regroupant plus de 60 000 utilisateurs internes et externes en Europe, ainsi que des Managers (Field Services) présents dans le monde entier.

Je suis bilingue Français/Portugais et je parle également Anglais et Espagnol.

Je souhaite également découvrir de nouveaux horizons, connaître d'autres cultures d'un point de vue professionnel et personnel.

    Roissy-en-France 2013 - maintenant To provide higher level technical or specific skill engineering to users and colleagues as part of the service offered to our customers by the international support centre.

    From June 2013 to November 2013, I was the Network SME (Subject Matter Expert) of this project, after a training with the Network team in Airbus site. The aim was to decrease the misrouted tickets/incidents in network domain, to fix the target of the contract.
    Today, it is quiet successful, we still use a queue managing all those incidents and we created a tool helping the analysts to ask the mandatory information.
    Before we had 80% of misrouting. Now we have near 15%.

    Now, since February 2014, I am working on Escalations/Complaints in Servicedesk side, directly in contact with the Escalation Team from Airbus. We deal with all escalations from clients and Servicedesk sides. The aim is to be sure that the knowledge base is correctly followed and that each team makes properly its work. We work with both Quality team and Knowledge Base team.
