  Founder and in charge of the Open Innovation Lab, the first digital innovation Lab structure in Total to promote open innovation, connect and empower intrinsically motivated employees, and bring the "makers" culture and concepts of Design Thinking to a big traditional group like Total.
  The Open Innovation Lab is the jury's choice winner of the Total RC Innovation Awards 2015.
  
  Customer Success, IT Solutions & Team Management:

  Refining & chemicals modeling and optimization IT solutions manager (team of 2 consultants). Successful launch and deployment of projects (pointed as example of collaboration between IT & business) on refinery scheduling and blending optimization software.
  Trained in AGILE methodologies as well as traditional project management methodologies.
  
  Modeling & Optimisation:

  Took on the task of modeling a refinery scheduling for the Pilot Modeler department to gain experience with process modeling, refinery behavior and functional expertise for the software I was managing and get closer to my final clients/users (the modelling department). This activities were done in parallel with my position in the IT department.

  Introduced new modelling tool (neural networks, hybrid mean value and dimensional models) and optimization algorithms improving accuracy and expanding the range of what could be simulated...

  Manager of all 5L Medium Duty engine simulation activities of the team for EuroVI, performance simulations (mainly with GT-Power and Matlab/Simulink).
  Heat management simulation expert: Simulation of dynamic magnitudes for engine after treatment requirements on client cycles and extreme conditions (altitude and low ambient temperature).
  
  Engine test bench:

  Advance Engineering test bench campaign responsible and engine calibration: test design, DoE setup, follow-up, optimization and result analysis.

• Volvo Trucks - ENSPM Engineer Apprentice

  saint priest 2009 - 2010 Fuel injection hydraulic model development with GT-Fuel and abstract mathematical injection profile modeling procedure development using signal processing techniques (Fourier decomposition, frequency analysis and signal reconstitution).
  
  Dual fuel (natural gas + diesel) 0D combustion model development in Matlab to integrate with GT-Power. Both Clean Air Power and Westport's approaches for inlet and direct gas injection respectively were studied.
  
  Porting of internal combustion routines coded in Fortran to new GT-power versions.

• DIE - Intern for Final Project (Master thesis) at Electronic Engineering Department (DIE)

  2009 - 2009 “Design and instrumentation of an electronic device to estimate the calories of human milk in milk-banks”. An extremely low cost device allowing a quick estimation of the fat contained in human milk for human milk banks in developing countries.
  
  • Sensor method implementation using capacitive and optical devices (analog electronics development)
  • Electronic circuit simulation using OrCAD and development & manufacturing
