  outsourcing contract with Alcatel-Lucent to rationalize the BT Radianz network and data centres in

  * Managed data centres closure and RadianzNet infrastructure removal. ;
  * Reduced the telecommunications costs by 60% in Saudi Arabia through the Network re-design
  with no services impact while maintaining high services quality for the customers.
  * Piloted a low-cost solution deployment (Cisco) to provide a high-bandwidth, low-latency
  connectivity service and to support the customers' business demands for high performance
  trading.
  * Managed data centres move with limited investment and the end result of services availability
  enhanced.

  coordinated planning.

• BT Radianz - Project Manager

  2005 - 2008 Responsible for maintaining a high availability on the Legacy BT Radianz network for the data centres
  in Europe.
  * Managed the network upgrades from ATM to IPLC high speed, defined activities required,
  organized the implementations (11 countries), resulting in a service improvement.
  * Acted as a point of contact for BT Radianz internal core networks change management systems.
  * Contributed with the European project and planning group in any network efficiency proposals
  to rationalize BT Radianz network, simplifying the topology and reducing operational costs.
  * Worked closely with suppliers and operational teams to ensure successful deliveries of
  equipments.

• Teamlog SA - IT Systems Administrator

  2002 - 2005 Delegated to HP Switzerland (Customer Services group), for the IT systems administration on a client
  site in Geneva.
  
  * Supervised the IT Servers, upgraded the systems maintaining a high availability for all the
  systems in Microsoft environment.
  * Performed security administration relating to internet access, LAN.
  * Organized and implemented the mail server's migration to Microsoft Exchange 2003 without
  any service impact for the customers (600).
  * Provided level 2 technical support to users.

• OGF - Systems & Networks Manager

  Paris 1994 - 2001 Managed the IT Infrastructure for the Headquarters and regional centres, including systems
  implementation and configuration, providing networks solutions and network security.
  
  * Managed the Headquarters' relocation project with no services disruption, in short timescale
  and within the budget.
  * Identified and deployed an Enterprise Fax solution that enabled a specific internal Service to
  gain time in negotiation with suppliers.
  * Leaded the server's migration 30+ to Microsoft Windows NT.

• MORY-TNTE - Network Engineer

  1989 - 1993 Administered LAN and WAN(X25) network of the Headquarters and remote sites providing problems
  resolution for support requests and network maintenance,

• Nuclear Research Centre - Software Developer
