  • ARAXXE - BUSINESS ANALYST, REVENUE ASSURANCE

    2011 - maintenant •Responsible for detection, correction, reduction and prevention of revenue leakages in billing systems and pricing mechanisms.

    •Assess the adequacy of current processes and controls within Revenue Protection and other areas of the business which impacts the revenue streams.

    •Identify, quantify and communicate risks to revenue streams within the business that contribute to revenue leakage.

    •Challenge procedures and seek to identify alternative solutions

    •Analyse complex issues, identify key drivers
    Network call result statistics.

    •Ensure optimization of internal reporting for revenue assurance (improve the monitoring and the dashboard creation and automation).
