2008- June 2011. Embassy of Greece, Paris, France. Minister Plenipotentiary Economic & Commercial Affairs. Head of Economic & Commercial Section. Main duties in Paris: promotion of Greek economic interests in France e.g. exports of products and services, attraction of French investments in Greece. Organization of promotion events and Fairs in France for Greek food products as wine, olive oil, building materials as marble, furniture, clothing etc. Director of the Greek Pavilion. Delegate of Greece at Ecofin meetings during France’s E.U. Presidency. Delegate of Greece at Bureau of International Expositions. Alternate Representative of Greece at OECD. Tackling matters of present economic crisis with French Ministries. Creation of important relationship with the French Economic community and the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the French Association of Industrialists (MEDEF).

2006-2008. Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Athens, Greece. Minister Plenipotentiary. Head of Middle East, Gulf and Arab Mediterranean Countries Directorate. Main Duties: promotion of Greek exports in Arab Markets, participation of Greek companies in International Fairs, attraction of Arab investment capital in Greece. Participation in intergovernmental meetings to promote the bilateral relations. Tackling matters of development assistance of Greece towards the developing Countries.

2000-2006. Embassy of Greece, London, United Kingdom. Counselor, Economic & Commercial Affairs. Head of Economic & Commercial Section. Main Duties in London: promotion of Greek exports in the UK Market, attraction of British investments in Greece. Organization of promotional events and Fairs in UK for Greek food products as wine, olive oil, clothing, building materials etc. Director of the Greek Pavilion.Delegate of Greece at Ecofin meetings during Britain’s E.U. Presidency. Delegate of Greece at International Organizations based in London as Coffee and Cocoa, Cereals, Sugar. London is a very important economic center for Greece, as such gave the opportunity to create an important relationship within the Greek shipping community which at that time constituted 300 shipping companies. Creation of strong relationship with the British Economic community and the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the British Association of Industrialists.

Head of Economic & Commercial Section Main Duties in Tunis: promotion of Greek exports in above two Arab countries, attraction of Arab investment capital in Greece. Participation in International Fairs and intergovernmental meetings to promote the bilateral relations with Tunisia and Libya. Director of the Greek Pavilion.

Main Duties in Milan: promotion of Greek exports in Italy, attraction of Italian investment capital in Greece.
