• Analyzed differences across plants (machine rates computation differences, data source differences, rules and assumptions differences, key allocations differences, legal systems differences)
• Helped homogenize machine hourly rates computation in order to compare “apple to apple”
• Found anomalies, differences and issues linked to machine hourly rates across the 4 plants in order to adjust prices
• Researched differences between cost estimates and actual costs
• Provided support for investments, business cases and simulations in order to improve operations efficiency
