TEMIS helps organizations to structure, manage and leverage their unstructured information. Luxid®, its flagship platform, identifies and extracts targeted information to semantically enrich content with domain-specific metadata.
As a Training Specialist, is mainly responsible for:
Creating, writing and updating training supports, not only slideshows and presentations but also screencast videos (video editing and dubbing), and also working with the R&D team to elaborate relevant scenarios for the customers;
Animating those trainings for our clients and partners in France (Sword, Crédit Agricole, EDF, AFII, AFP, Omneed), abroad (Irish Times, DC Thomson, Thomson-Reuters, Atex, Boehringer, Illife) and internally;
Providing consulting experience to some of our clients regarding their personal project;
Implementing the whole certification program process to assess our partners’ level, creating the different exercises, quizzes and practical works with the corresponding evaluation grid and the management procedure for distant execution;
Taking part in Proof of Concept projects with the Sales team, in order to provide my expertise of the tools to the client;
Participating actively in the Community of Users, updating information regarding the Training Services (catalogue, new modules, videos, reference cards…) as well as animating the forum.

Managing knowledge bases for international accounts, in France (GDF, SFR, Numericable, Bouygues Telecom, Avocats.fr, Discountéo), Belgium (Ethias) and the USA (Symantec, AT&T)
Designing the architecture and rationalizing the Virtual Agent content: analyzing user queries, suggesting enhancement, optimizing existing knowledge base, etc.
Ensuring good customer relationships: monitoring the Virtual Agents key performance indicators, counseling the clients on future developments, training them on new tools and functionalities, etc.
Taking part in cross-functional teamwork with different services (Marketing, R&D, Sales…) to help improve the product and write technical and training documentation

Writing and updating installation and user guides in both English and French, working closely with R&D staff
Writing and updating documents for Marketing and Training services
Translating installation and user guides, marketing and training documentation from French into English, and vice-versa (wiki, internal and client-facing training documents, tools…)
