I work with Daewoo Company as operation commissioning engineer, my achievement in the work is:
* P&ID mark up drawing ;
* System and subsystem definition for pre commissioning and commissioning execution ;
* preparation and update Commissioning procedure ;
* Preparation of punch list ;
* Preparation of commissioning block for commissioning step ;
* Dynamic test & operational test including Leak test, rotating machine solo run, static equipment inspection and system inerting and preservation. ;
* Responsible of commissioning field operation execution
* Utility system commissioning ,inerting and first start up ;
* Nitrogen net work leak test and line up ;
* Service and potable water net work commissioning and line up ;
* Fire water net work commissioning and line up
* Instrument air and plant air line up
* Source water & Injection water line up ;
* Process and off site side commissioning and first start up ;
* Well head operation and commissioning ;
