* Responsible of foreigner's manpower paperwork ;
* Establish the Temporary Work Permit, Work Permit and Residence Permit (TWP.WP.RP) ;
* Check the situation and declaration of CNAS / CACOBATH / PAYROLL for all the staff Algerian & foreigner ;
* All kinds of booking and checking escorts ;
* General relationship with DEW, POLICE STATION, ANEM, WILAYA ;
* Statistics of foreigners manpower in collaboration with the Ministry of Employment and Social Security ;
* Check the motion of manpower in collaboration with ANEM (national agency of employment) ;
* Processing monthly & yearly reports, purchase order, Performa invoice and management accounting software ;
* Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned
