My name is Chiheb Ouertani.
I started my career since 2000, my first job was in the accounting department for two years, but I felt that my personality is more market-oriented and human contact.
I was a business consultant in Tunisian yellow pages for three years and at the same period I completed my Master of Advanced Studies in the strategic management of the Organization.
From 2005-2009, I worked in tourism, since March 2009 I integrate Amadeus IT Group as Head of Sales in the sales & Marketing dept.
With an experience of 11 years in sales and marketing; I developed a customer oriented skill.
I have a natural gift of communication which gave me the opportunity to maintain a good relation with my clients in different sectors, making it easier to have a consultative approach to advise them to develop their activity with adapted solution and guide them to the right strategy.
The accumulated experience and my studies helped to develop an analytical skill which makes me able to establish strategies and to manage myself and my team according to goals based on the overall direction of the company.
