  • Suncorp - Team Leader - Natural Disaster Project

    2012 - 2013 Created a project team to manage 5,000 aging Natural Disaster claims. Halved aged claims within one month without increasing costs or cash settlement rates.

  • Suncorp - Team Leader - Large Loss

    2011 - 2013 Led the Large Loss Home Claims team (high quantum, fatality, and media threat).

    Commissioned a stress and resilience program for staff, designed and delivered balanced scorecards, and negotiated a cross-functional claims management process with department heads.

  • Suncorp - Team Leader - Home Claims (Events)

    2011 - 2011 Created a team to manage 6,000 claims from one storm event. Liaised with recruitment, IT, telephony, and real estate, and designed the team structure, goals, and processes, exceeding our target of 80% finalisation within six months.
