    2003 - 2005 Start-up in telemedicine specialized in online information systems for healthcare professionals, interconnected medical devices, remote medical education.

    1998 - 2003 Company founder in charge of the business development, I grew the company, raised funds and managed a team of 40 people, before selling it to SingularLogic. Activities focused on HR Content, Technology and Services for the B2B market, people development advice, performance appraisal, succession planning, e-Learning and blended learning.

    Rueil-Malmaison 1996 - 1998 BU Manager with a team of 9 consultants. Advisor in e-HR, competency management, knowledge sharing, training and e-learning.
  • Defense - Belgian Army - Head of the Didactical Production Centre

    1990 - 1995 Management of 110 people working on computer based training, audiovisual and instructional design. Project Officer for the development of 3D simulation technology, sold by the Army to Thomson Simulation - Thales.
