    * Start up and shut down of a polymerization unit and quality control ;
    * Management of stripping and drying units to get a product in conformity with specifications ;
    * Management of blend tanks

    * Control of pumps and valves ;
    * Preparation of equipments before maintenance works ;
    * Preparation of tanks before metal inspection

    Assistant of the shift foreman
    * Ensure compliance with safety rules (personnel and equipments) ;
