I am leading Projects, People and Business, as an Engineering manager in Continental Automotive, Powertrain Division.

Currently , I am part of Powertain Technology and Innovation department where we have to figure out what will be the best Powertrain solutions for our customers in 2020-2025.

In this organization I am currently supporting the set up of P TI China team , know how and projects after 3 years of delegation in Shanghai up to August 2015. One of my main project is to define a Low Co2 and Emissions Demo Car for China market

Living in an intercultural environment, used to live in Europe, Asia as well as North America, I am open to different ways of working, and thinking.

To have successfull business In China market , the master word is "flexibility" as I have every day to match our European high knowhow for development with Asian Customer wishes and background culture.
