  • Schroders - Trainee Cash Operations Specialist

    London 2016 - 2016 In the Finance department in Schroders Luxembourg, my main duties are :

    1. Organisation of payment releases
    – organise the release of all corporate and fund expenses including but not limited to client and product rebates
    – actively follow-up on outstanding items to get them paid in the shortest time
    – liaise with a central team in London for the creation / maintenance of the associated bank mandates
    – operate and control that payment instructions are in accordance with the counterparty payment cut-off timelines
    – perform cash management for a number of European subsidiaries

    2. Liaison with various banking counterparties
    – opening, monitoring, maintaining and closing of bank accounts
    – central point of contact for European credit cards (set up, limit control, reporting, queries)

    3. Controls and monitoring of counterparty limits
    – monitor counterparty limits relating to deposits and foreign exchange

    4. Cash forecast
    – forecast inflows and outflows on all corporate accounts across multiple currencies and counterparties
    – perform foreign exchange operations resulting into FX trades in various currencies

    5. Reporting
    – provide KPIs
    – assist with year-end reviews and audit
    – prepare reports on gross fee inflows and rebate outflows

  • AGUIBASKET - Chargé de projets

    2013 - 2014 Je m'occupe de rédiger les demandes de financement, de partenariat, la prospection de nouveaux partenaires ou bénévoles. Ainsi que des appels à projet en montant des dossiers en vu de répondre à la problématique posé.
    Lors de tournois auxquelles participe mon association, je suis en charge de la logistique.

  • AFPA - Stagiaire en Contrôle de Gestion

    Montreuil 2012 - 2012 Mise en place d’un tableau de bord dynamique afin de mieux avoir connaissance de la performance des différents canaux de candidature de l'entreprise. Et cela afin qu'ils disposent d’un instrument dans des délais raisonnables pour qu’ils puissent agir et réagir rapidement.

    Élaboration d’une matrice relationnelle pilote afin de rationaliser les allocations de ressources promotionnelles par une vision claire et partagée de la valeur client :
    - Identification et visualisation des segments clés (travail exploratoire sur les données internes)
    - Qualification de chaque client avec des indicateurs spécifiques ;
    - Réalisation d’un mapping permettant d’attribuer les stratégies relationnelles aux spécificités des segments de clients et donc à chaque client.
