    2012 - 2018 * A $26 Billon Multinational manufacturing and Marketing chocolate, Biscuits, Gum and Candy, Cheese and Dairy, Coffee
    * Lead the Corporate Quality Food Safety and Quality Audit team responsible for auditing all internal (170) and external (200) sites internationally including suppliers (4000), Warehouse (300), co-manufacturers (100) and re-packers (50) across all operating regions and product categories
    * Set the strategic direction for Supply chain Quality management Auditing activities across all programs including external certification and direct key strategic initiatives and a member of Global Quality Leadership team.
    * Delivered through Audit activities a significant step change in Supply Chain Quality compliance especially in newly integrated businesses and emerging/Developing markets.
    * Performed value added analysis on risks and opportunities for Mondelez Executive team to deliver strategic insights for policy development and supply chain improvement including corporate functions.
    * Between 2016 and 2018 I delivered $1.5MM savings annually within my organization through an updated Strategy for Quality Auditing and lead change management process.
    * Delivered $3MM in savings worldwide through combining all External certification audits across multiple functions into one global package within 6 months
    * Developed an automated Audit software solution applicable across entire Mondelez supply chain in partnership with an external provider and lead project team that reduced administrative burden by 50%
    * From 2015 through 2017 I chaired two GFSI TWG. to develop standards on brokers and Traders and primary produce that were published in 2017/2018. ;

    Kraft Foods is an International food company with greater than $50 Billion TO. worldwide
    * This position leads the Kraft Foods MEU EEMEA Quality/Food Safety Audit team with responsibility to audit all internal (110) and external sites (200) including suppliers (2000), Warehouse (100 with greater than $15 Billion in Revenue.
    * Member of Europe Quality and Food Safety Leadership team responsible for policy development, crisis management and key supply Chain and consumer initiatives.
    * Lead initiative to integrate all suppliers from LU Biscuit division and Cadbury within regions and initiate Gaps and formal Audits across all new sites (50% reduction in supplier base from project)
    * Reorganized the MEU/EEMEA team and transformed the team into a high performing unit within the largest company operating region and over delivered all critical programs.
    * Took responsibility for Asia Pacific region and created the 3year strategy plan for region to become a stand-alone independent organization
  • Kraft Foods International - Partner

    CLAMART 2006 - 2010 Section Manager Food Safety and Microbiology KFE and CEEMA-Munich ( with R&D on food Safety design for new product development and significant redesign of existing products, preservation technology, Clostridium botulinum challenge studies, new technology validation, aseptic and retort design, predictive modelling.
    * Act as key technical resource to the business Units for food safety and Microbiology including the resolution of manufacturing issues and special situations.
    * Manage a team of 20 scientists of whom the majority were PhD level and budgets, develop strategy for the operating regions.
    * Represented regions on Global Food Safety leadership committee responsible for global Organization food safety policy across all product categories.
    * Lead the Food Safety efforts to validate a theory that prevented a significant food safety recall by championing discussions with the organization executive leadership. Total projected costs to organization if initiated was approximately 80 Million Euros.
    * Engaged in significant discussions with Marketing and RDQ leadership on innovative solutions to achieve a minimum safe product design across key categories without compromising business opportunities.
    * Built a successful program on Seed and Nuts process validation that extended to over 150 suppliers internationally. Significant benefit to Kraft Foods as industry rocked by PCA recall.
  • Kraft Foods International - Senior Group Leader

    CLAMART 2004 - 2006 * Deliver productivity Savings for the Cream Cheese and Cultured Category through development and commercialization of patented manufacturing platforms across the manufacturing network and lead a team of 12 Engineers and 4 Pilot plant technicians on dairy processing.
    * Develop the Cream Cheese and Cultured products future Productivity Strategy and migration paths.
    * Delivered $5.5 Million in productivity Savings by developing an automated cottage Cheese Double O solution and a Whey less cream Cheese process for Philadelphia and Knudsen/Breakstone brands.
  • Kraft Foods International - Division Quality Manager

    CLAMART 2002 - 2004 * Quality lead for 8 Cultured and cream Cheese plants ($2 billon brand in North America) at Kraft Foods Headquarters. Functional lead with business team on key initiatives, product performance, New product launches and crisis management.
    * Gained State of California approval for Hot Pack Cottage Cheese process. This approval allowed business to save $12 million and avoid significant business disruption due to a potential regulatory shut down of facility.
  • Kraft Foods International - Senior Quality Program Leader

    CLAMART 2001 - 2003 * Lead Field Quality support for 3 internal sites (Planters nut business sites and Champaign ($800 operation) and 15 external manufacturers for operational Quality, new product launches, troubleshooting of key challenges and key business initiatives.
  • Kraft Foods International - Auditor

    CLAMART 1999 - 2001 * Complete Food Safety audits of North American, Canadian and Mexico internal and external sites along with External manufacturers and COC certified sites.
    * Contributed significantly to organization by uncovering a significant Listeria Contamination situation in one of our meat operations ongoing but without resolution. Took a different approach that changed the outcome dramatically and resulted in significant changes in company approach to Listeria.
