  Provided on-site support for the KCELL Convergent Billing Project in Almaty, Kazakhstan, for two months, to replace the existing billing system, CBOSS.
  Charged with the Billing System Integration Delivery for Yota Russia in St. Petersburg, Russia, aiming at
  the delivery of a fully integrated LTE billing solution as a replacement of the existing CBOSS billing system
  Developed an NMS proprietary system for the detection and collection of alarms of the HW and SW resources of a full rating and billing solution, based on a standard SNMP-based interface.
  Successfully completed Phase 0 and Phase 1 of the Wataniya Mobile Palestine BSS Transformation Project, launching a BCP pre-paid, fully integrated rating solution in just 20 weeks; acting program manager for the Phase 2 project.

• ATOS ORIGIN ITALIA S.P.A - System Integration Project Manager

  2001 - 2006 Project manager tasked with delivering an integrated billing solution based on BSCS, while carrying out all project management duties according to the PMI Methodology.
  Delivered an integrated billing system upgrade for ProMonte GSM, (Podgorica, Montenegro) with a 0.1M post-paid subscribers' base.
  Delivered a new integrated billing solution for Telekom Srbija (Belgrade, Serbia) to replace the SEMA's CABS billing system (0.6M post-paid subscribers).
  Drafted RFI's, RFP's papers for bids for several European mobile and fixed-line Telco operators: SiMobil Slovenia, ProMonte Montenegro, and Telecom Albania.
  Responsible for budgets of up to 6M EUR ; performed on-site business analysis for Vodafone Global (Milan, Italy) and acted as SIT/UAT manager in a BSCS 8.0 startup project for Wataniya Telecom (Algiers, Algeria).

• TELESOFT S.P.A - Project Manager

  2000 - 2001 Collaborated with Tecosoft Spain to supply HADA (DART Web) product to Amena, a Spanish mobile telephony provider, as a solutions manager.
  Completed an SSF (PABX monitoring system) project for Telecom Italia in a UNIX environment.
  Responsible for budgets of up to 1.5M EUR and provided support to the software quality department; all activities were carried out according to ISO 9002 certification standards and procedures.

• TELESOFT RUSSIA - Traffic Project Consultant

  1998 - 1999 Consultant charged with providing business and technical consultation about Telecomitalia STARGD NTM System for the ROS-Telekom Traffic Project, in a UNIX environment; also coordinated the Italian back-office teams on location in Italy.

• TELESOFT S.P.A - Team Lead

  1990 - 1998 Worked on Telecomitalia NTM fixed-line System, STAR-GD, covering different roles in the software development life-cycle.
