    In charge of global HR strategy in line with local Legal frame : recruitments at all levels, On-boarding process, Career & Talent Management (Evaluation & Training processes), Wage negociations.

  • Guardian Industries - Human Resources Assistant

    Compans 2008 - 2011 Part of Human Resources departement in one of the Luxembourgish plant (280 p.), with a direct report to the Human Resources Manager.
    In charge of recruitments, contracts, payroll, training plan, global HR administration.
    Quality audior & member of safety comitee.

  • Auchan - Project Leader/ Final internship (studies)
