I worked with Adecco Dublin City for 5 months. I discovered the recruitment process and gained experience in sourcing and administration.
As a recruiter, I had to find candidates using Internet database (Monster, Job.ie, Top languages and LinkedIn) and prepared interviews.

-Responding to enquiries and update candidates on Adecco database.

My internship was a very good opportunity, I learned a lot and it confirmed my interest to work in Recruitment
