Triple Galop is an event agency specialized in the equestrian sector, responsible for organizing the "Generali Open de France", the world biggest equestrian event (30,000 visitors per day during 20 days)
As an event assistant, I had three primary missions:
- Manage 140 seasonal workers : spread them over the different positions - monitoring - feedback
- Manage part of the event logistics
- Coordinate the 20 daily award ceremonies

GENIALIS is a relatively recent French R&D company, filing patents in the food (cryogenics) and cosmetics sectors.
My mission included :
- Elaboration of the content for their first website
- Edit and layout of the website
- Promote the establishment of the company in a new research center in collaboration with partners from others organisations
- Meet with the partners

The equestrian center of Samois-sur-seine is a family-sized structure where classes are taught, in respect of the horse, by a high level instructor who has worked with olympic medalists.
I was responsible for :
- Organizing events : competitions, animations
- Managing the relationship with suppliers
- Handling clients : Customer care, customer retention
- Leaflets creation
